PETA isn’t the only organization unhappy with Kanye West’s new single, Theraflu. The cold and flu company of the same name is not pleased with the Chicago Hip-Hop mogul’s decision to use its brand name in a song. Theraflu has released a statement to TMZ saying, “We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner.” The rep also added, “Theraflu is an over the counter product used to help relieve cold and flu symptoms that millions of consumers rely on.”

Kanye named the single after the cold and flu medicine because “he’s so cold to his enemies, they need a big dose,” TMZ reports. In the song, Kanye raps, “Way too cold. I promise you’ll need some Theraflu. So cold, I need Theraflu. I’m so high, I need parachutes.”No word yet on whether Theraflu plans to sue Mr. West, but with words like “image” and “likeness,” which have often been linked to legal proceedings, it seems as if the company is at least considering that option. Previously, PETA lashed out against Kanye for a line in the same song: “Someone tell PETA my mink is draggin’ on the floor.” A company spokesman commented, “What’s dragging on the floor is Kanye’s reputation as a man with no empathy for animals or human beings.”
