The 2013 Billboard Awards was full of stars. Nicki Minaj won top rap artist. Chris Brown had just performed “Fine China” in very hoarse fashion. Macklemore won top rap song For “Thrift Shop”. Outside of Kid Rock throwing shots at lip syncing, the show was going smoothly.
And then, this happened. While performing “Adorn”, Miguel was on his way to having a fantastic performance. Clearly, Miguel was wearing boots and not Air Jordans. He literally tried to leap over the crowd from one stage to another and nearly killed 2 girls in the process…and kept singing. Impressive.
Luckily, the girl who took the most damage was not seriously injured. Miguel even took her backstage to meet other celebrities.
