After releasing a teaser and cover art for the new Dedication V mixtape, Lil Wayne has decided to hold off on rushing the project out.
According to reports, the Young Money chief has postponed the release of Dedication 5. The DJ Drama-hosted project was set to drop at 5 p.m. EST (Yesterday), but has been delayed to an unspecified time. The announcement was made on YoungMoney.com.
“The release of Dedication 5 has been temporarily postponed for a short period while Wayne puts finishing touches on it – including another new song. Stay tuned for an update,” read the message.
Young Money president Mack Maine also added the wait would not be too long. “Delayed for a few hours not days and weeks,” he tweeted.
