Lifetime gives us a preview of the highly-anticipated Aaliyah biopic Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B.
The two-hour film is based on Christopher John Farley’s bestselling book Aaliyah: More Than a Woman, chronicles the beloved singer’s rise to fame—from her debut on “Star Search” at the age of 10—to her tragic death at the age of 22.
“House of Anubis” actress Alexandra Shipp takes on the role of the R&B icon, while Wendy Williams serves as executive producer. Check this Preview.
