Lil Wayne was set to headline the “High Times” concert out in California, Saturday July 23. Just a few minutes into the performance Lil Wayne went off saying “Don’t ask me to do this sh** again”. The venue claims they don’t know what upset Weezy. You can see the clip caught on a fan’s Instagram below.
