VIBE reports, The PokéStop Reads “Community memorial for Tamir Rice, shot and killed by CPD officers who shot him in under 2s after breaking department policy regarding escalation of force,”

Cleveland’s BELT Magazine says,

The gazebo still stands. There is no plaque, nothing to tell an uninformed out-of-towner what the gazebo memorializes aside from the stuffed animals, the flowers blooming in the community-created garden, the painted wooden posts reading “We love you Tamir.”

But, for Pokemon Go users, the description of the site included in the game is their introduction.
