Every time you hear the name Stevie J, you know it’s only a matter of time before you hear the name Joseline Hernandez and this case is no different.
According to TMZ, the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star is suing his ex, Joseline for her repeated accusations that he molested the daughter that he shares with Mimi Faust. Not to mention, the fact that she called him a gay man and a devil-worshipper.
This is all started, back when Hernandez tweeted about the reported molestation. Since, then Stevie has obtained a temporary restraining order against but now he is suing her for damages, and wants the judge to make her stop with the accusations.
If that’s not enough, she also revealed this summer that she was pregnant and claimed Stevie was the father, but he continues to deny it.
