After releasing his full-length debut titled Big Baby D.R.A.M. back in in October, DRAM is not wasting anytime on his next project, which includes collaborating with Neil Young.
In fact, thanks to XXL’s “Is My Shit Tight?” series, we have footage of the sessions involving the two artists at Rick Rubin‘s Shangri-La Studios. Watch the video above.
Before the footage dropped, DRAM hinted at this collaboration in an interview with Brooklyn Magazine.
“I worked on one of his records; he worked on one of my records,” Dram said to Brooklyn Magazine. “It was really, really cool, man. I mean, a guy from the old-school, like a real Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, just embracing my take on music, my sound. And the fact that I’m able to collaborate with someone so legendary, from a whole ‘nother side of the spectrum, it’s monumental. It’s one of those real defining moments, like, ‘You’re really out here.’”
Remember, DRAM will be hitting the stage along with many others at Hot’s 2016 Santa Slam Concert on December, 4th, 2016!
