Kid Cudi will be exploring a new sound with his third studio release.
The emcee recently spoke with Rap-Up.com and revealed that he’s working on a rock record with his new band. He states, quote, “Our band is called Wizards! We’re starting to record on the tour bus. We’ll be doing college runs.” Kid Cudi says they already have “three songs done,” adding that he’s starting to learn how to play the guitar. Prior to releasing his rock album, Kid Cudi will be dropping his sophomore effort, “Man on the Moon Two: The Legend of Mr. Rager.” The rapper says he kept his fans in mind when making “Man on the Moon Two,” noting, quote, “This is an album that will get you through any problem that you may have.”
Kid Cudi’s “Man on the Moon Two: The Legend of Mr. Rager” is due in stores on November 9th. A release date for his rock album has yet to be announced.
