T.I. is already serving 11 months in prison for violating his parole, but bad news keeps rolling in anyway.

According to a report on AllHipHop, T.I. is being sued by an audio engineer who claims people affiliated with the rapper held him hostage, and beat him badly while looking for a chain belonging to rapper Killer Mike aka Mike Bigga.

Norris Gresham says he was attacked on September 8 at Echo Studios.

In the lawsuit filed Monday in Fulton County State Court, it is alleged that Grand Hustle affiliates Jonathan Carle aka “Spodee;” Terrance Beasley aka “Cap”, Cortez Thomas aka “C Rod”, Nathaniel Josey aka “Mac Boney” and Killer Mike, real name Michael Render held Gresham against his will while searching for Killer Mike’s lost diamond encrusted chain.

Although T.I. wasn’t present at the time of the assault, Gresham claims he was being updated on the situation through text messages and video recorded by “C-Rod.”

The suit says that although T.I. was aware of the danger Gresham was in he “did nothing to stop or prevent the assault.”

After the chain was found in the ceiling, Gresham was reportedly threatened with a gun, then pushed down a flight of stairs resulting in lost teeth.
