Keri Hilson’s inner freak has bubbled to the surface, and the singer can’t control it, nor does she want to.
Ms Keri Baby sat down with Perez Hilton to talk about her new controversial video “The Way You Love Me” and its strong sexual content.
The video shows Keri singing lines like, “I’m the best now you want me in the worst way. Ooowee it’s so juicy boy I hope you come thirsty.” While she strikes the most provocative poses. Grabbing her crotch, dancing and showing off her great body.
“You know, if you put it in the context of my album. My album is called No Boys Allowed, but really it means no bullsh*t allowed,” she tells Perez. “In this album I was screaming in a room, just like I am in the video. I was screaming in a room with all my girlfriends and we were yelling all the sh*t we really say. One of the things you might yell is ‘I don’t wanna make love tonight just f*ck me please, come get it.’ ”
Artists are known for coming up with creative gimmicks to help sell records. But Keri insists that really is a nasty girl.
“It is racy… I can’t allow other people to dictate, or the media to dictact what I can or can’t do,” Keri says. “TLC didn’t do that, Joesephine Baker didn’t do that, Madonna didn’t do that, Janet [Jackson] didn’t do that. You have to be fearless and stand for what you believe in. I’m a freak, it’s no surprise I’m a freak. I’ve been a freak on other songs, I’ve been a freak in other videos.”
Well keep on being a freak Keri, we’re not complaining… are we?
