Lil John is hard at work on his long-awaited “Crunk Rock”. He told the Associate Press that he is about 80% done with the album and that it’s one of his best albums to date. It will have a little bit of everything from Rock to Crunk. He’s been working on this album for five years, through his fight with TVT Records, which went under in 2008, and surprisingly his winery… Yea, I said WINERY, know we know where he keeps his real Crunk Juice!!! But seriously, Lil Jonathan Winery has actually won a silver medal at a California wine competion. He is distributing his wines online from California and Colorado. He says that the winery actually helped him take a break from the stresses of the music industry. Lately, he’s been going across the country DJ’ing at clubs and that has helped him get back on track and finish “CRUNK ROCK”. He told the Associated Press that DJ’ing got him back to his core and his core is to make music that gets people on the dance floor. He has dropped his new single “Give it All U Got”.
