Acclaimed hip-hop artist Q-Tip is making big plans for 2011.

The rapper told “Entertainment Weekly” that fans can expect a lot from him in the upcoming year, including an ambitious new album. Q-Tip plans to record the album, tentatively titled “The Last Zulu,” in English, Spanish and French, despite not being fluent in either of the latter two languages.

“I’ll have to brush up!” he told “EW.” Right now, all three versions of the album are targeted for release in early 2011 or late 2012. Q-Tip is also offering his production skills this year on new work by Santigold, Esperanza Spalding and Drake.

He is also involved in the production of the Kanye West-Jay-Z collaborative album, “Watch The Throne,” which has been in the works since August of last year.
