The mother of Rick Ross’ daughter has filed a lawsuit against Ross’ rap rival 50 Cent. According to AllHipHop.com, Lastonia Leviston is suing “Fif” for putting her private sex tape on the Internet last year. Leviston filed her suit in a Manhattan court on Wednesday. Last March, 50 Cent posted the video on the website BoobooTV.com as part of his ongoing feud with Rick Ross. The 13-minute clip — which was shot in 2008 — was edited to include 50 in his Pimpin’ Curly persona hurling insults at Ross and Leviston. The man Leviston was with in the video had his face blurred and has not yet been identified. Fifty Cent has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
The mother of Ross’ other child, Tia Kemp, also took part in the feud when she aligned herself with 50 Cent last year. Kemp released a tell-all book about Ross, and appeared in several online clips with 50 that were intended to mock Ross.
