Indianapolis – A man faces charges in a deadly accident.
Police say Curt Carlson was drunk when he hit a woman helping to move a disabled car.
Eboni Dodson and two friends were moving the car on I-465 when she was struck by a Ford F- 150.
State police troopers that responded to the accident say Carlson registered .12 when tested for blood alcohol content.
Dodson was taken to Methodist Hospital where she died from her injuries.
