According to MyFoxAtlanta.com, a northwest Georgia father has plead guilty to tattooing his 3 year old toddler.
The Rome News-Tribune first reported 26-year-old Eugene Ashley was arrested in 2009 after an employee of the Georgia Department of Family and Child Services saw the letters “DB” tattooed on the child’s shoulder.
Authorities say DB stood for “Daddy’s Boy.”
Officials say Ashley pleaded guilty Monday to tattooing a child under the age of 18 and has been sentenced to 12 months of probation and a $300 fine.
