(AllHipHop News) Rapper Flavor Flav and his former business partner are engaged in a war of words over their failed business venture, Flav’s Fried Chicken.
Flavor lashed out at his former business partner Nick Cimino and blasted him for “not running the business right” when employee’s paychecks started bouncing.
According to Cimino, he is glad to be out of business with Flavor Flav and added that Flavor only lent his name to the business.
“I started this,” Cimino told The Baltimore Sun. “I put together everything from the menu to the color of the building to the sign. I did everything. What Flav’s doing, he’s a fraud. He doesn’t want to be hurt with the other ventures he’s doing and he wants to become a millionaire off my dime, off my ideas.”
According to Cimino, it was he who shut Flav’s Fried Chicken down, not Flavor Flav, over a laundry list of complaints about Hip-Hop’s best known hype man.
“I’m not doing this for my 40 percent. I could care less,” Cimino said. “I’m just glad I’m free of somebody like Flavor Flav.”
