Let’s clear the air people! Don’t expect Nicki Minaj to change up her routine when she hits the road with pop megastar Britney Spears next month. Nicki recently wraped up her duties on Lil Wayne’s North American trek, but tells Billboard.com that her style won’t be altered just to appeal to a more pop audience. Nicki points out that the crowds at both tours won’t really be all that different, stating that hip-hop and pop have “merged.” The hip-hop diva says she is working to expand the “theatrics” that she’s included in her sets, adding that she may even share the stage with Britney at some point during their trek.
Nicki Minaj will hit the road with Britney Spears for her “Femme Fatale” tour, which begins on June 16th in Sacramento, California. Nicki will be touring in support of her hit, debut album “Pink Friday.”
