Lil Wayne will be “unplugging” this weekend.
MTV and MTV2 are set to debut the concert special “Lil Wayne Unplugged” this Sunday night.
Performances will feature Weezy treating fans to acoustic versions of his many hit singles, “A Milli,” “Mr. Carter,” “6 Foot 7 Foot,” and “Lollipop.”
Lil Wayne will also perform a special version of Tupac Shakur’s hit “Hail Mary.” Lil Wayne recently discussed his “Unplugged” performance with MTV News, saying it takes a “full-circle artist” to pull off such a show.
“MTV2 Presents: Lil Wayne Unplugged” will premiere this Sunday at 9:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific on MTV, MTV2, and MTV.com.
