I think we all enjoy watching our favorite  movies from the 80’s. Something about those movies make you reflect on past moments in your life, moments that will probably stick with you for the rest of your life. I recently came across a blog titled, How Ferris Bueller Saved Me From Depression. Twenty five years later, this guy still enjoys watching  Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and continues to reflect on how it helped him get over his depression during his parents divorce. One thing I noticed about the movies from the 80’s, are that most of them were about real life situations. Although a movie like Ferris Bueller’s Day Off is something that would only happen in your dreams. It still told a story that people in real life can relate to. Check out the blog post and see how Ferris Bueller’s Day Off helped this guy get out of his deep funk.
