Could Jay Z and Kanye be using the Dr. Dre tactics? Announcing a new album to be released and then retracting their statement?
At Hot963 we are hoping the rumors of the ‘Watch The Throne’ album are true. The word on the street and online is that Jay-Z and Kanye will drop the collabo album this Monday (July 4).
Today AllHipHop.com suggested that not only would the album be dropping on the 4th of July, but it would be a digital-only release.
The reason for the rush of the release is blamed on paranoia that the album will be leaked. The unofficial tracklist for ‘Watch the Throne’ made its way to the Internet earlier this month.
Also CyHi da Prynce added more fuel to the rumors in an interview on Wednesday (June 29.) stating “They are ready to go, right now, all the music and everything is done.”
Will it drop? Is it just another Rumor? We will have our fingers-crossed till Monday on both hands.
