Big Boi’s lawyer proclaims that his client is innocent.
As previously reported, Atlanta rap OG Big Boi was arrested on drug charges yesterday (August 7) after he was found in the possession Ecstasy, MDMA powder and Viagra pills by customs patrol as he was exiting a cruise ship.
Today the rapper’s lawyer is proclaiming that the charges wont stick.
Big Boi’s lawyer, Daniel Kane released a statement saying,
“While BIG BOI was traveling with his group and friends, a small amount of contraband was found in the collective luggage. I am confident when the entire facts are aired BIG BOI will be completely exonerated.”
Daddy Fat Sax was held on $16,000 and has since been released.
