OUTKAST is set to make a huge return! They just signed with Epic Records which is currently being ran by the legendary L.A. Reid! Reid also just signed Ciara to Epic as well. L.A. has a long history with both Outkast and Ciara as he signed them both to his label LaFace Records back in it’s hay-day in the 90’s.
