Tyga scores the highest debut of his career with his album Careless World: Rise of the Last King, despite a CD recall.

Careless World, featuring the hit single “Rack City,” enters at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, selling 61,000 copies in its first week.

Sales were less than predicted due to its late availability at physical retailers. An uncleared sample of Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech forced it be pulled and re-shipped to stores. According to Billboard, digital downloads accounted for 83 percent of sales.

Adele continues her chart reign, the British singer’s album 21 sold an additional 297,000 units. The late Whitney Houston returns to the top of the charts with her Greatest Hits album, coming in at No. 2 (174,000).

Big week for the YMCMB young buck!
