Drizzy had New York City rocking to his Take Care hits including “Make Me Proud,” “The Motto,” and “Headlines,” sharing the surreal experience with host Carson Daly.

“All these wonderful people and fans and music is in the air. It’s a new year, I’m excited for 2012.”
During the interview, Drake confirmed that he’s already plotting his third album.
“Me and 40 have been hard at work just trying to figure out where to take the next one,” he revealed.
