An Ohio prison deputy was fired this week after it was found out that he madefive inmates dance to Usher in order to get special privileges, like using a microwave or using the phone. The deputy apparently invited a bunch of his colleagues in to watch the dance contest go down, and then he played music off his cellphone, and the inmates did moves like the worm and the robot. The guard admitted to superiors that he held the dance contest, and was fired, as he had a cellphone in jail when he wasn’t supposed to, and he treated inmates (one of whom was looking to make a phone call following a death in the family). So, next time you think it’s funny to make people in jail dance for your amusement, know you can get fired.
