The wait is almost over.
G.O.O.D Music’s Pusha T revealed yesterday (June 20th) the release date for the long-awaited G.O.O.D. Music compilation.
Kanye West and his label-mates will drop Cruel Summer in August, according to the Pusha. “G.O.O.D. Music compilation coming August 7th.”
The album has spawned the single “Mercy” featuring Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Pusha T, and Kanye West. The crew is expected to perform the song at the BET Awards on July 1.
Kanye first announced plans for the album in October 2011. An accompanying film of the same name was shot in Qatar and premiered at the Cannes Film Festival last month.
