After an impressive showing at Saturday’s ‘Under The Influnece of Music’ tour at Klipsch Music Center, Wiz readies for his second album and says that this record focuses on being the best he can possibly be.

“I just really wanted it to be the best rap album possible. Not with a bunch of like less obvious songs in your face. But just with stuff that makes sense. It’s definitely the next level in the best of the best that it could be at this point for sure.

Khalifa also voiced his desire to build on his previous album and take things to the next level: “I had to change up things, I had to turn it up. The album, the artwork is just another step in the turning up.

Wiz has been collaborating with a variety of artists, but he specifically cites Juicy J as an influence on his upcoming record. “Juicy J was heavily involved this time too, which is a little bit different, because now I got like that veteran stamp.

The album, O.N.I.F.C, which stands for “Only N—- in First Class,” debuts Aug. 28 on Atlantic Records.
