Yesterday, I reported that Nicki Minaj was going to be a judge on American Idol. Well it now looks like Mariah Carey is not pleased about this choice. Mariah is allegedly not pleased because she was under the impression she would be the only female judge on show.

Another interesting “snag” to this whole scenario-
TMZ also brought up a valid point that Middle America might not tune in to an all Black judging panel if it ends up being Minaj, Carey and Randy Jackson. Another point that may be holding up Minaj signing on the dotted line is the fact that she has a pricey endorsement deal with Pepsi while American Idol has one with rival Coca-Cola.
