Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz appears unfazed by the music industry’s infamous “sophomore jinx” fear and has already started putting in work for a follow-up to last summer’s Based on a T.R.U. Story debut.
“I’m trying to turn in my album by April of next year. It won’t come out then but I’m at least trying to turn it in and set up for more tours because we enjoy doing live shows, so be looking out for more of that from the crew.“
To date, the rapper’s official solo effort has pushed out over 350,000 copies.
