R&B singer Trey Songz threw money at a woman at a Queens strip club — and got arrested for assault.
The 28-year-old singer allegedly tossed a few dollars at 36 year old Donna McIntosh-Inoe, after she snapped a cell phone picture of him during a party at Club Perfection in Woodhaven in late August.
The Staten Island woman, who went to the club with her husband to see Trey Songz said the bundle of money struck her so hard that it left her with a black eye.
“I didn’t even know I had a bruise on my face until after I left the club,” she told New York reporters. “I had to walk around a whole week with a black eye.”
Her husband said the couple paid $700 to sit with Trey — whose real name is Tremaine Neverson — in the VIP section of the club, where he held a release party for his fifth studio album “Studio V.”
Songz, reportedly grabbed the phone and tried to delete the photos.
“The difference for me and the other girls is that they were naked and I had clothes on.”
But the frustrated Songz couldn’t trash the picture, so he threw the money at her face instead.
“He tried to delete the picture, but he didn’t know how to use my phone,” she said. McIntosh-Inoe said she couldn’t bring herself to pick up the discarded greenbacks.
McIntosh-Inoe went to a police station near her house and reported the incident after Songz never apologized.
Songz faced a judge in November regarding the matter and is scheduled to appear in court again in February.
