G.O.O.D. Music rapper 2 Chainz embarked on his second leg of his B.O.A.T.S.’ “Based on a T.R.U. Story,” tour adding Michigan rapper Trigg da Kidd to the line up including Chicago rapper Cap 1. The B.O.A.T.S. Tour originally kicked off this past summer after 2 Chainz completed touring with Nicki Minaj and Drake on their respective tours.

Fresh off of a month-long road trip with Mac Miller’s Macadelic tour, Trigg Da Kidd is now ready to push himself to another level on a rigorous performance route performing 21 shows in 30 days on 2 Chainz’s B.O.A.T.S tour.

Trigg has been celebrating the Fall 2012 release of his street album TriggaNometry 101 in association with Detroit-based Take Over Music Group. The project includes production from Khao (T.I., Jeezy), Vybe Beatz (Chris Brown, Lupe Fiasco), The Olympicks (Rick Ross, Lil Wayne), AnT Beatz, ID and Shawty Roc.

Appearances include Travis Porter, Dusty McFly, Myko and more, and the mixtape version of the project was co-hosted by MMG’s DJ Scream, DJ Whoo Kid and Big Sean’s official DJ, Mo Beatz.

“I’m proud of the work I’ve done with TriggaNometry 101,” explains Trigg. “Now, being able to travel the country and share the music with new fans, I am excited and ready for everything I’m working on for the new year.”

Going on the road with someone like 2 Chainz will be memorable,” Trigg says. “His work ethic and tenacity are qualities that I respect and admire, and I look forward to this experience.”

This tour has already hit cities including Atlanta, Memphis and Miami and is set to conclude in Vancouver, British Columbia at the Commodore Ballroom on December 22nd.

When asked about how he felt about going out on his first headlining tour, 2 Chainz said,

“One of the things I enjoy the most about being an artist is the opportunity to get on the stage and give the fans everything they deserve. Everything they’ve come to expect from me. I’ve performed alongside some of the best in this business, but this time will be something special. This time it’s all me.”
