It’s March Madness in Indianapolis but a very gruesome injury happened at Lucas Oil Stadium during the Duke/Louisville game. Louisville’s Kevin Ware went up to block a shot attempt but his leg snapped.

Dr. source tells me it looks like an open tibia fracture for Ware. With surgery tonight he could be on his feet with crutches again 2morrow
Warning. Not for the weak hearted.
