“Real Housewives Of Atlanta’s” Kenya Moore (pictured) was reportedly ordered by a Fulton County, Ga., judge on Tuesday to “twirl” herself right out of her rented mansion, after Moore’s landlord sued her for failing to pay May’s rent and for not complying with certain terms and conditions of the lease, according to RadarOnline.

The former Miss USA (and don’t get it twisted!) was reportedly $848 short on May’s rent, but her landlord’s, Conya Weems, main concern is reportedly that she has been inundated with neighbors’ complaints about Moore who reportedly call her “the neighbor from hell.”

An unnamed source says, “Owners are concerned that the value of their properties are going down because she [Moore] has not maintained the landscaping, nor the pool, has even stored furniture outside and her dog is always on the loose.”  The source went on to reveal that the homeowner is incredibly upset at what is unwanted attention that has been caused as a result of Kenya moving into the neighborhood.”

The eviction notice was a last resort, according to Weems who told RadarOnline that while she tried to pursue friendlier avenues in resolving the court documented issues with Moore, she was unfortunately met with resistance. After court, Weems said, “I am grateful that the judicial system has brought finality to this eviction process and I look forward to regaining possession of my home,” the landlord enthused.

Meanwhile, Moore might have a few days before she has to be “gone with the wind” out of the manse’s premises. Since Weems is reportedly out of town, the Sheriff needs her present for the eviction process. The source adds, “If Kenya is wise, she’s packing right now.”

The 42-year-old reality star and drama queen did allegedly fire back at Weems by filing her own lawsuit against her for wrongful eviction, slander, and emotional distress, but this did not fly in court and was dismissed by a judge, according to Weems’ attorney, Linecia L. Gilmore.
