In the latest chapter in the Amanda Bynes saga, the former child TV star of Nickelodeon’s “All That, The Amanda Show” and “What I Like About You” sent out the following Tweet on Monday about President Barack Obama and the First Lady Michelle Obama:

The tweet is just the latest in Bynes,’ who has also starred in films “Hairspray” and “Big Fat Liar,” erratic behavior. Last April, Bynes was pulled over for drunken driving, in May, she threw a bong from her Manhattan apartment, and later that month, she showed up for a court case with a platinum wig (pictured below).
This week’s tweet doesn’t mark the first time Byne’s called someone “ugly” through social media. Bynes also tweeted “Ugly Face” to Jay-Z, with a picture of the rapper on February 7th. To ex-boyfriend Kid Cudi’s significant other, she also tweeted:
You’re d–k-whipped by my ugly ex @ducidni whose looks and talent have always been questionable to me, him being the ugly duckling that he is and all
Bynes would later apologize and claim her account was hacked.
Then on May 26th, she tweeted to Rihanna:
“You look so ugly tryin’ to be white. Chris Brown beat you because you’re not pretty enough.”
Two days later, Bynes reloaded her Twitter pistol and took aim at singer Courtney Love:
Courtney Love is the ugliest woman I’ve ever seen … To be mentioned by her at all makes me and all my friends laugh!
Interestingly enough, Bynes previously asked President Obama to assist in her DUI case last year:
Hey @BarackObama… I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end.
