(BlackMediaScoop) The Feds know they be on some bullsh*t! During a debriefing session with federal investigators, James Rosemond, the music manager-turned-cocaine kingpin, was reportedly questioned about the sexual preferences of entertainers, including whether Sean “Diddy” Combs was “having sexual relationships with under age boys,” according to a U.S. District Court filing.
In an affidavit included as part of a new trial motion filed last month, Rosemond recounted his involvement in a series of nine pre-trial “proffer” sessions in late-2011. The meetings were attended by Rosemond, his lawyers, federal prosecutors, and Drug Enforcement Administration and Internal Revenue Service agents.
The purpose of the meetings was to allow federal investigators to question 48 year old Rosemond about his criminal activities and evaluate whether he should be offered a cooperation agreement in advance of his narcotics trafficking trial. Facing overwhelming evidence of his guilt, Rosemond’s best chance of avoiding life in prison was to strike a deal with Department of Justice lawyers.
Federal investigators questioned James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond on the possibility that Sean “Diddy” Combs had engaged in sex acts with under aged boys. According to court documents (seen below), Henchman claims during a pre-trail session held in 2011, Drug Enforcement and IRS agents showed him nude photos of several women. The questioning turned even more awkward when Rosemond was allegedly asked about the sexual preferences of various entertainers.
During that line of questioning a prosecutor asked if the Czar Entertainment honcho had any knowledge about Diddy having intimate relations with under aged boys. Rosemond provided no context for these alleged queries which pissed agents off.
During Rosemond’s trial, Shargel complained to Judge John Gleeson that federal prosecutors and agents were only seeking “trophies” when they questioned Rosemond about celebrities during the proffer sessions. And, when Rosemond provided nothing of substance on the high-profile figures, “disappointed” investigators rejected his client’s bid for a cooperation deal.
In 2011 Rosemond, seen below, was arrested on several counts of cocaine trafficking after a month long manhunt. Before his capture, Rosemond enjoyed a long tenure within the entertainment industry serving as the manager to acts including The Game, Akon, Gucci Mane and more.
This is not the first time Henchman’s name would be involved in scandal. For years it has been rumored that he was responsible for the infamous shooting of Tupac at Manhattan’s Quad Studios – a charge he still denies to this day.
The Feds be trippin’!
