Sources close to the singer confirm to BOSSIP exclusively that last week Kelly’s longtime secret boo thang/manager Tim Witherspoon proposed, and the Houston beauty said yes!
We had a hard time finding photos of the couple together, as they like to keep a low profile, but Kelly had a forgetful moment on Instagram when she wished one of her friend’s kids a happy birthday.
