Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine can add new positions to their resumes.
As part of the massive deal that has Apple buying Beats Headphones for a reported $3.2 billion, Dre and Iovine “are likely to take senior positions” at Apple, so reports the Wall Street Journal.
The WSJ goes on to say its unclear what type of roles the men would have. The buzz we’re hearing … Dre will report directly to Cook.
Once the deal is complete, Dre stands to become the first billionaire in rap … well, before taxes.
