RapUp.com reports, August Alsina has been getting so much love from the Hip Hop community from his friends Chris Brown, 2 Chainz and got a visit from the YMCMB Princess, Nicki Minaj.
On Monday Nicki tweeted “August, u know, I’m here to save u. still praying for my lil bro. He’s doing better,”. She also who snapped a quick selfie with August.
August posted another photo of the two of them, writing, “She has to be the sweetest girl I know. #ASisterThatPrays.”
The New Orleans crooner has been in the hospital after collapsing on stage during his New York City concert on September 15. He reportedly suffered multiple seizures and was in a coma for three days.
August thanked his friends and fans for their well wishes. “Recovery, it’s a process. I woke from a coma,” he said. “God gave me a second chance at life & I’d like to thank each and every person that sent any form and expression of love thru gift, card, flowers or simply your kind words and prayers. I’m a hustler, I’m a worker, I overwork myself at times but I’m a survivor and still here by the grace of God and your prayers.”
