Some wind and clouds may prevent the record from breaking, we are forecasting a low of 7° in the city. November 18 only reached 20° in 1880, a record and that record cool maximum will be challenged with a forecast high of only 22°. That is 30 degrees below normal.
A windy warm up tho the upper 30s arrives on Wednesday as a fast-moving ‘clipper’ system dives in from the northwest. A cool off will come again in the wake of the system Thursday,”
