midday motivation

For example, you can’t keep eating donuts and friend chicken and expect to lose weight. You can’t keep going on shopping sprees and expect to pay down your debt. Remember, growth requires change. You can’t do the same thing and expect a different result. Don’t be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone. If nothing changes, NOTHING changes. DO something different.
