Wishtv.com is reporting that an inmate in Tennessee had his gold grill ripped from his mouth and now the taxpayers are set to split the $100,000 in damages.
The inmate was spitting out blood and teeth in the trash for over a week after a County Sheriff snatched the grill that was attached with cement from his mouth. The inmate’s lawyer stated that the extraction (for lack of a better word) pulled the enamel off his client’s teeth causing more than $10,000 in damages.
