For Enchirito Sauce 

1/3 cup oil of your choice, such as canola, vegetable or a light olive oil (the original sauce is prepared with pork manteca/lard)

1/3 cup flour

1 tablespoon dried onions

1/3 cup mild chili powder (I used gebhardt, which is a brighter red color)

4 cups chicken broth

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 teaspoon cumin
