INDIANAPOLIS – Debbie Long, the widow of Mack Long, who was shot and killed by Indianapolis Police, speaks out about the importance of police dash and body cam video and the public access to it following the passing of Indiana House Bill 1019. HB 1019 limits the public’s access to police video. Gov. Mike Pence signed that bill into law this past week.
