It’s no secret that there is bad blood between Damon Dash and Jay-Z but now it seems that bad blood may have been because they fell out over the late and great R&B star, Aaliyah.
During his interview with television and Twitter personality Taxstone, DJ Vlad said he was told by someone close to the situation, that Jay-Z took Aaliyah, out on a date to a wedding, causing issues between the two since Dash and Aaliyah were dating at the time.
Taxstone replied by saying “sh*t, I don’t know … either way it’s fly because the Brooklyn n***** wins in the end and that’s what we so if that’s what happen, me as Brooklyn n***** is always going to appreciate that type of behavior.”
Since that time, both Jay and Dash have gone their separate ways but neither of them have yet to comment on this.
