After canceling the remaining dates of his Saint Pablo Tour, it seems Kanye West is now in the hospital.

According to NBC News, sources close to West, said he was under observation at a Los Angeles medical center Monday night. No criminal activity was involved; the decision to hospitalize West was for his own health and safety, the sources said.
On Monday TMZ reported he’s was too exhausted to continue performing on his tour due to the fact that he had been working around the clock on fashion designs while touring.
That being said, it’s possible that his exhaustion could have had to do with him being hospitalized, but no confirmation or reason has been given out yet on why West was admitted to the hospital.
