Bobbi Kristina was found face down and unconscious in a bathtub a little over a week ago, and now there may be new developments in the subsequent police investigation.
According to an Atlanta news outlet, sources say injuries on Bobbi Kristina’s face and mouth are what made police take a closer look at the case.
As we previously reported, authorities believe there was foul play, which triggered the deeper investigation that’s centered on Bobbi’s boyfriend Nick Gordon – their number one suspect.

Relatives returned to the hospital bedside of Whitney Houston’s daughter Monday, as new questions arose about the events that left her on life support.
A source close to the investigation says injuries to Bobbi Kristina’s face and mouth have Roswell police concerned and investigating further.
In related news, the 21-year-old’s family held a vigil in honor of Bobbi tonight. Taking place at the Riverdale Town Center’s Amphitheater, the vigil was open to the public.

The “Shining a Light for Healing” vigil began at 7 p.m. at the Amphitheater at Riverdale Town Center in Riverdale, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta, and was open to the public.
People held flashlights but attempts at lighting candles didn’t work because it was too windy. A small stage held Brown family members including her sister Leolah. Bishop Donald Battle began the session, which included gospel songs, prayers, scripture, and a call for healing.
A vocalist who didn’t give his name took the stage and performed “I Need You Now,” Smokie Norful’s soulful song calling for God’s help. The crowd sang along, many raising their hands up in the air in prayer.
“It ain’t over til God says it’s over,” Gwen Battle told the crowd.
