Young Money’s Nicki Minaj says she won’t be going out on tour with Rihanna as previously reported.  Rihanna announced her “Last Girl On Earth” tour on Monday.  Minaj was reported to be a supporting act on the tour, along with Ke$ha.  But when the tour kicks off Friday, July 2nd in Seattle, Washington at the White River Amphitheatre, Minaj won’t be there.  She tweeted on Wednesday, quote, “I’m sorry 2 say I will not be going out on RiRi’s tour.  I’ve decided 2 use that time for the completion of my album.  Hope u understand.”  Minaj has already been featured on tracks from Usher, Mariah Carey, and Lil Wayne.  She just released her own single, “Massive Attack,” last month. 

While Minaj has released mixtapes, she has yet to release a full studio album.  Rihanna and Ke$ha both have brand new albums to promote.  Rihanna is touring in support of “Rated R,” while Ke$ha will be performing songs from her record, “Animal.”
