R&B star Trey Songz’ “MTV Unplugged” session will be made available to fans next week.
Beginning this Monday, April 26th, fans of Trey will be able to watch his performance at MTV.com. Highlights from the show will also be broadcast by MTVU, MTV Jams and MTV Hits. Trey Songz’s “MTV Unplugged” will feature performances of his hits “I Need A Girl,” “Neighbors Know My Name,” and “Say Aah.” The show will also include Songz performing Marvin Gaye’s legendary single “Let’s Get It On.”
MTV executive Joanna Bomberg expects fans to be impressed with the vocalist’s “Unplugged” performance stating, quote, “Trey Songz is an incredible talent and we think that his fans will be blown away by the raw emotion that is conveyed through his music.”
Trey Songz will also be MTV’s PUSH artist for next week. MTV’s PUSH campaign uses TV and the Internet to bring fans live performances, music videos, interviews and exclusive footage throughout the week.
