Not really, but his name is back in the headlines.  The Washington Wizards guard is now serving time in a halfway house for bringing guns into the District and taking them into the Verizon Center, is now facing a lawsuit.

A California company, Tactical Operations is suing Arenas, saying he owes the company more than $70,000 for storing guns he bought, but never picked up.  The lawsuit claims the firm got five Beretta pistols with silencers for Arenas in 2006, which he bought, but later refused to pick up.

An attorney for the company says they are selling the guns, but Arenas still owes storage fees and interest.

That’s it…kick em when they’re down.
